The recommendation is to<strong> change the mattress every 10 years<\/strong> but to remain in perfect condition after so long it is essential to carry out certain hygiene measures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In <a href=\"https:\/\/mugalsmobiliario.com\/shop\/\">Mugals<\/a> we want to give you <strong>some tips and tricks to keep your mattress clean, free of mites, bacteria and fungi.<\/strong> A mattress in poor hygienic condition can negatively affect your health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">General maintenance of the mattress<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/mugalsmobiliario.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/River-COMP-11-2-1-1024x773.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-241163\" width=\"768\" height=\"580\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In the daily and weekly cleaning of the room, you cannot forget the mattress. Thousands of stains, bacteria and mites accumulate on the mattress every day. Sweat, humidity and dust are the main responsible for this accumulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For this reason, cleanliness is essential to have a good quality of life. With some <strong>simple routines you will be able to better maintain the condition<\/strong> of your mattress:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Change the sheets every week.<\/li><li>Ventilate the room before making the bed.<\/li><li>Shake pillows, sheets, and cushions well daily.<\/li><li>Vacuum deeply once a month on both sides.<\/li><li>Remove any stain instantly to prevent embedding.<\/li><li>Do a deep cleaning once a year.<\/li><li>Every three months turn the mattress, from top to bottom and from left to right to avoid deformation.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Products to clean the mattress<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Certain <strong>natural products work in cleaning the mattress<\/strong>. In a simple and fast way, you will have a deep cleaning.
