Local pickup (Store)
Free service. It is carried out in the Mugals Mobiliario logistics warehouse, without any additional cost to the client. The receipt of the merchandise will be notified and the customer may withdraw his order within a maximum period of 20 business days, from said notification. The withdrawal of merchandise will be the responsibility of the customer.
The collection can be made from Monday to Friday and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. excluding the following dates:
- Christmas: December 25 to January 7.
- Summer: August 1 to September 1.
Standard shipping (street level)
Free service for orders over € 500. For lower orders a charge of € 30 will apply. For the decoration categories (mirrors excluded), puffs, pillows and lighting, the increase will be only € 18.
The service does not include the upload of the merchandise to the address. The client must ensure that there is no space limitation that may make access difficult, since the costs of hiring the crane services are not included.
Includes transportation + Installation: €65 (home delivery, placement and / or assembly and recovery of packaging).
Free service for orders over € 1,600. For lower orders a charge of € 65 will apply.
This service includes:
- Taking items inside the home
- Placement or assembly if necessary
- Removal of residual material (cardboard and plastics)
- Installation verification with customer
The client must ensure that there is no space limitation that may make access difficult, since the costs of hiring the crane services are not included.
The installation of lamps and the placement of pictures, clocks or mirrors, is not part of our assembly service. Neither is the cutting of boards, the placement of plugs or the installation of led lights in the headboards part. This service does not include the collection of antique furniture, belongings or transportation to second homes.
For the Region of Murcia and Alicante
The RELAX SERVICE will be free in the region of Murcia and the province of Alicante for orders equal to or greater than €1600.
Rest of mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Europe
It is necessary to consult rates in these territories to be able to adjust prices depending on volume and quantity.
The merchandise can only be retained in the warehouses for a maximum of 20 calendar days from the expected delivery date and after this period it will have an additional monthly surcharge of 10% of the order value for storage costs.
Once your order is received, the customer has 14 days to withdraw from the purchase, except for personalized or custom products (in which measurements, upholstery, colors, etc. can be selected, being explained below), counting from the date of delivery, as long as the product has not been used, has its original packaging, as well as all its original accessories or promotional gifts, if any.

RWe remind you that by making use of your right of withdrawal, we will refund the money paid for the product / s purchased, discounting the transport costs derived from the delivery of the product (minimum € 85). Likewise, in case of opting for the option of collecting the product at home, the costs of the collection itself will also be borne by the customer (and will correspond to 10% of the amount of the item to be returned, establishing a minimum of € 85).
After having received the product or products in our warehouse and checking their status, the customer will obtain the amount of his return, discounting the transport costs, in the same payment method made or by bank transfer within a maximum period of 14 business days .
For hygiene reasons, rest items such as sofa beds, couches, upholstered bases, bed bases, mattresses, pillows, etc., will not be allowed to change or return once their plastic cover has been removed, except for those with manufacturing defects.
The return will not be applicable for personalized or custom-made products, as established by Law 3/2014, of March 27 (article 103) that modifies the LOCM art. 45, the Right of Withdrawal and Return of the Consumer.
The client may not withdraw from the purchase contract for items purchased according to the client’s specifications or clearly personalized (choice of color of materials, size, fabric, leather or upholstery), once they have been manufactured. Even in the event that the items have not been delivered, the customer may not withdraw from the purchase contract.
The warranty period for purchased products is 2 years from the date of sale. This warranty covers any manufacturing defect that may arise over time. Defects or damage due to incorrect use of the product or wear caused by normal use of the same, are not included in the warranty.
For items sold with the Transport service (with home delivery), as soon as the products are received at home, it must be checked that their status is correct, since once the delivery note is signed, claims will not be accepted of items in poor condition due to manufacturing defects or during transport.
